- While we don't offer financing, we are willing to hold a horn with a reasonable down payment.

Some very good players prefer vintage American brands to today’s current models but we try to have a good selection of both newer and vintage professional horns.

We specialize in pre-owned brass instruments; all of them are carefully evaluated and serviced.
Check out our inventory. If the price is listed for an instrument, it is available and you can purchase it instantly. All of our instruments are subject to an immediate sale; don’t miss out on a hard-to-find horn.
Most of our Bach trumpets are paired with the original or period-correct case for the trumpet. If you don't need a case or would prefer to know if we have other options for a case for a particular horn, please contact us.

Many professional players don’t play on brand new instruments unless they are an endorsing artist and a manufacturer provides them with a new instruments as a part of their endorsing deal.
Just like with many new products, there is immediate depreciation on a new horn as soon as it leaves the music store.
Properly cared for and maintained, a used horn will hold its value and last for decades.

In-person Trial of Instruments
Centex Brass does not have a storefront, but we can provide in-person trials of instruments on an appointment basis.
