This is a 1957 Bach Stradivarius Bb trumpet in very good original condition.  It is a medium large bore trumpet with a 43 bell and a 25 leadpipe.  All parts appear to be original to the horn. 

The shop card confirms that it is a 43 bell with a 25 leadpipe and has a factory ring on the first slide, which is quite rare.

The trumpet has some wear to the original lacquer but there is no evidence of any dent or solder repair.  The monel valves have excellent compression.  Valve spring barrels and top caps all have matching serial numbers.

This horn is an excellent  player and is representative of the fine horns that were produced in the Mount Vernon era.
