1959 Olds Super Bb trumpet SOLD

This is a 1959 Olds Super Bb trumpet that was made in the late 1950's a few years after Olds had moved production from Los Angeles to Fullerton.  The tone control band is engraved with "Los Angeles" but Olds obviously had engraved a supply of these prior to the move because all Super trumpets from this era were engraved with Los Angeles.  This is one of the highest serial number Supers with the Los Angeles engraving.

 This trumpet shows very little wear to the original lacquer.  The valve compression is very good and all slides are free and smooth.  Has matching serial numbers on the piston spring barrels.  There are no signs of any damage or repair.   The overall condition of this horn is excellent.

Comes with the original case with case cover and all original paperwork.    The case is also in excellent condition.  

Overall, the trumpet, case and paperwork make this a very exceptional package.
