1961 Reynolds hi fi large bore B flat trumpet

This is a 1961 Reynolds Hi Fi model Bb trumpet in good original condition. The remaining lacquer has been stripped and it is now polished brass.     

The Hi Fi model had only a brief period of production for only two or three years.  It is a large bore (.462) trumpet.

It is a professional level instrument and was made during the Roth-Reynolds era just before the company was sold to Richards Music.

The quality of the Reynolds instruments of this era is excellent.  This horn has a big full sound with rich overtones and is well suited for any style.  

Valve compression is very good and all slides are smooth.   

Does not come with a case or mouthpiece.
