2017 Yamaha 8315G Flugelhorn

This is the newest Yamaha Custom professional flugelhorn which may have been designed for Wayne Bergeron because this is the model he plays, but it is not officially labeled as the Bergeron model.  

The 8315G in silver like this one is listed at $3,300 at the large on-line retailers, but is on backorder, so unless you want to wait for months, this excellent condition used one may be as close to new as can be found in today’s market.    

This horn has been professionally owned since new and well maintained, so it shows minimal wear.      

Comes with the original case in very good condition and a Yamaha 11F4 Flugelhorn mouthpiece.

The YFH-8315G Custom Bb Flugelhorn has a number of refinements among an already impressive set of features. A redesigned 3rd valve slide trigger is more ergonomic so will accommodate a wider range of hand sizes. A newly designed leadpipe includes a new connection brace between the leadpipe and valve case. Other professional features include hand-lapped monel pistons, hand-lapped slides, gold brass leadpipe and bell.
