This is a modern reproduction of a baroque trumpet.  It is a three hole model and comes with three tuning slides stamped B, C, and D.  It comes in a very nice case with space for all three tuning slides and a Modell Tarr mouthpiece.

The trumpet is in excellent condition and shows no wear.  Meini & Lauber are no longer in business, but this instrument is likely 20 to 30 years old.   

These are not very common and having the three tuning slides makes this a  rare and versatile instrument.
